CONDITIONS

! The price is per night for the entire apartment (6 sleeps); discounts are available if the number of guests is 4 or 2 people (see "Discounts and offers" section)

! The price includes:

_ use of the apartment for the agreed days

_bed linen and towels for each guest

_ bathroom courtesy set

_cooking utensils

_gas, electricity and water

_ private parking (1 parking space)

_ number of 3 bicycles

! from June to September the booking must be for a minimum of 4 nights

! The price DOES NOT include:

_ final cleaning of 70 euros

_ supplement for pets of 50 euros (max 1 small animal)
